How we vet Creatives
Every application is reviewed by a person. We may use tools to help prioritise, but no ranking or automation issues a final decision.
Stage 1
Application
Submit your details and portfolio links. We confirm the application is recorded and begin review.
We aim to respond within 21 calendar days of a complete application.
Stage 2
Work submitted for review
When requested, send discipline-specific work so we can assess craft and fit for studio briefs.
We aim to respond within 21 calendar days of a complete profile submission.
Stage 3
Video submission
Sometimes requested. A short recorded introduction helps us understand how you present yourself.
Only when asked — never required for every applicant.
Stage 4
Interview
A conversation about experience, availability and how you work with studios.
Follow-up within about five working days after the interview.
Stage 5
References
Sometimes requested from a notable employer or client. Referee details are never used for marketing.
Only when asked — handled with separate consent.
Stage 6
Confirmation
A person confirms you into the Creative network. Signing an agreement does not create confirmation by itself.
Timing is set by our team for each application.
If we misread your work
Contact us and a person will look again. Response dates are stored on your application; if a review takes longer than planned, we say so and keep the original date visible.
